Tabitha A. Harris, 36, of the 1300 block of East Hyde Park Boulevard, was charged with aggravated identity theft, according to court documents.
The four were arrested at about 8 p.m. Friday at O'Hare, according to court records.
Darwish and Duncan are of the 7000 block of South Paxton Avenue while Banks is of the 5800 block of South Shields Avenue.
Among the items found in their possession were stolen credit cards, stolen drivers licenses, a counterfeit Pennsylvania ID, counterfeit credit cards and a pair of car keys reported stolen from a Hertz rental car outlet in Georgia, according to court documents.
Darwish was ordered held in lieu of a $75,000 bond. Duncan was ordered held on a $25,000 bond. Banks and Harris were ordered held in lieu of a $40,000 bond and $50,000 bond, respectively.
The Chicago police financial crimes unit and the U.S. Secret Service are investigating, according to court records.
In addition to protecting the president, the Secret Service investigates this type of financial crime, according to the service's Web site.
